  • 1.  pharmacy appraisal

    Client has start-up pharmacy in Newark.  At this point he has a lot of debt.  We offered that Husband retain pharmacy and be responsible for debt and Wife retain her 401(k).  Wife says no, that pharmacy has more value.  Need an appraisal without breaking the bank.  

    Would appreciate any recommendations.
