Both parents now live in NJ but there MAY be a history of child neglect in Pennsylvania. No prior court orders exist in either jurisdiction. I am about to file an FD complaint for custody and parenting time and want the court to review the Pennsylvania CPS records. Does anyone have any experience in getting those records with a NJ court order? Any insight or help would be most appreciated.
