    Greetings,

    I cannot recall the case that stands for the proposition that PL funds provided to a spouse can be taken into consideration when finalizing the matter.  Can anyone recall the name?  TIA.

    You may be thinking of MALLAMO V. MALLAMO, a trial court opinion by Judge Zampino where he allowed trial testimony on finances to apply retroactively to modify a PL support order at the point testimony and proofs were available for the court's review as opposed to that same level of detail was unavailable on a PL basis.
