The court rules are clear that a CIS and its attachments are confidential. However, despite searching Lexis, annotations to the rules, Yudes Family Citator, Skoloff, etc., I cannot find information on remedies/sanctions against a party who provides the other party's CIS and/or attachments to a third party.
