Can anyone provide suggestions for a parent coordinator between Hoboken and Holmdel. I would prefer a mental health professional who can address parties in a high conflict case. Thanks in advance- Abigale Stolfe

If there is no pending TRO or FRO, the prohibition against mediation from the court's standpoint would not strictly apply (notwithstanding the parties' restrictions on communications in the civil order - unless that prohibits them from being in the same place at the same time). The parties need not be in the same room for mediation. Hopefully, you have alerted the mediator to the issue and he or she can accommodate the need for separate rooms and "shuttle" mediation, and can set up the timing for arrival and departure so your client does not have to see her husband (ex-husband?). If not, maybe she can be available by phone while you attend the mediation session. Or, if that can't happen either, you might want to find another mediator who can handle the logistics (and the dynamics).
