Hi All,
Does anyone have a good palimony complaint template that they would be willing to send my way? I have one but am concerned with the equitable causes of action (quantum meruit, constructive trust, etc. as client worked as bookkeeper for two businesses for 20 years plus there is a good deal of rental real estate as well as combining with custody/child support counts). Any responses sincerely appreciated. Thanks.
