Client moved from Yardley, PA to Princeton. She and Husband want an uncontested divorce. They have divided all assets, neither is seeking alimony, have sold the former marital residence and divided the proceeds to their mutual satisfaction. Only wrinkle is that Husband is looking to receive a $2 million inheritance in the not-too-distant future. Wife is willing to waive on it (and any interest generated by it).
Husband wants the uncontested divorce and willing to submit to the jurisdiction of New Jersey (hasn't lived here in 20 years).
Anything jumping out at folks that I should be aware of? (Perhaps from anyone admitted in both States)
Thanks.
