Eric, I tend to use the same amount of overnights for the Other
Dependent Deduction as used for the first family, Worksheet. In other
words, if the Non-Custodial Parent will have 52 overnights with the
child of the first family, I presume he would have the same amount of
overnights with the child of his second family, if they were to divorce.
