    Hello everyone,

When running guidelines for, in my case, father's new family (wife and one child), what is the proper way to handle the overnights?

    Thank you in advance.

Eric, I tend to use the same amount of overnights for the Other Dependent Deduction as used for the first family, Worksheet. In other words, if the Non-Custodial Parent will have 52 overnights with the child of the first family, I presume he would have the same amount of overnights with the child of his second family, if they were to divorce.

     Hopes this helps.
