I have an ORSC non-dissolution in Essex, there are already prior orders but this is my first involvement. I hae the Supplement to Modification and did a certification. I also have the Application for Modification of Court Order and indicated on line 6 that the plaintiff is seeking emergent relief - my question is; are people also doing a separate OTSC that we would prepare in a dissolution case or is that not necessary? Would they even take that, or would they reject that portion? Would that be part of the Attorney Supplement? I am going to go with the client tomorrow to file the other side is pro se I have an address but no phone number. Just wondering if I needed that extra form, or if it would be filed and helpful?
Have not done one of these since they changed the forms so just wondering how people make out with this (the reasons for emergent relief not relevant to my question but I thinks its a good argument).
Thanks
Gerri
