Rosanne, To play it safe, you should file a motion. You can probably do a 1-page certification stating that the order for fees was entered, attach it as exhibit, explain that fees were not paid and ask that court sign your pre-prepared and submitted Judgment.
BTW, not all of us got to enjoy the snow. In Cape May County, we got about 1" of snow following by torrential rain. Bummer.

Subject: Order for Counsel Fees
Happy snow day to all.
I am trying to docket a judgment for counsel fees under a post judgment order I received but all I have is an order not reduced to judgment. Am I out of luck to docket this as a judgment or do you think the court who awarded fees will enter a judgment for the counsel fee award?
Thanks!
