I have the same situation although not as much money is owed. I asked for a judgment the first time because I knew he would not pay. As I suspected, he did not pay me and he did not pay my client for other items that he was ordered to pay. I brought a motion to Enforce Litigant's Rights. I asked for fees for the second motion and I asked for a judgment for both legal fee awards. I have never had to pursue payment this way, in the past, the other side paid the fees I am assuming I have to docket the judgment and then pursue collection. Any advice would be helpful.

Subject: ORDER FOR ATTORNEY'S FEES
I have an Order requiring the adverse party to pay legal fees of over $13,000 to me as a result of bad faith demonstrated during the post-judgment motion proceedings to emancipate the parties' son. Does anyone know how I go about collecting the fee from the Defendant? Also, is there any procedure for reducing/converting the Order to a judgment so that I may then docket it with the Superior Court. Thanks.
