I'm working with a mother whose child is the later-born child and receiving the lowest amount of child support of the obligor's three children. Lisa Radell, Esq. pointed me to Harte v. Hand, the Appellate Division case from 2013 and the published trial decision of December 2014 in Atlantic County that implements the App Div ruling and expands on it. I am trying to calculate the equitable amount of child support for my client following the instruction by the ruling using family law software and would appreciate some guidance.
