The New Jersey Supreme Court released omnibus order today affirming, continuing, and supplementing the actions taken in the numerous prior orders and notices suspending certain court proceedings, extending deadlines, tolling time periods, and modifying procedures because of the COVID-19 Coronavirus public health crisis. The order extends most items through next month, but read it carefully because some extensions are permitted, rather than automatically extended. Read it here.------------------------------
