    I have a small, furnished room  available in a 4-attorney office suite, with a lovely view of the Oradell reservoir. Rent is $630/month and includes utilities, office cleaning, copier, fax machine, internet, on-line legal library, 2 conference rooms, bottled water, coffee maker and great Karma. This is a great opportunity for an associate looking to fly solo (and watch real live eagles, osprey and egrets flying by your window). Possible Of Counsel arrangement.

    Gina's lovely announcement prompts mine:

     

    We have a 12 X 12 foot unfurnished office in a beautiful setting here in Central New Jersey (located between Princeton and New Brunswick) and accessible to 5 county courthouses within a 45 minute circumference (Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Mercer, and Monmouth).  Rent is $1,000 a month for shared space, access to office equipment, possible expansion to include reception services.  Conference room available by appointment.  Deer, bunnies, and squirrels yes; no eagles, osprey, or egrets sighted yet.  Call me if you are interested.
