Does anyone know how I can obtain a circa 2005 finding or order issued by the DYFS-type agency in Illinois that found a parent guilty of neglect for leaving young children unattended. That is all my client recalls from the Illinois matter.
or a private investigator who is reputable who could locate it for a fee?
