Where there is no PPR and 50/50 parenting time, husband (lower wage earner ) originally received no child support and PSA
said wife (who was the higher wage earner) would pay the first $250 in medical bills.
That agreement was subsequently amended so the wife now pays child support. Nothing was amended regarding wife paying the first $250 in medical expenses. Would wife continue to pay the first $250 in medical expenses pursuant to the original agreement? Or- would husband automatically have to pay the first $250 because he is the recipient of child support?
