    Hello Family Law Section members,

The NJSBA filed an amicus brief on Friday in Moreland v. Parks, urging the court to clarify that the idea of family should be more broadly defined than to just include those who have a marital or biological bond in Portee claims.

    Read the brief here.

    Have a great day everyone!

It appears as though the scanned copy of the brief is missing page 5.
