Dear Family Court judges, attorneys and mediators:
FYI: Following up on the feedback from the article in the NJ Law Journal article about the new Y.B. case from the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, I am providing the link for your reference. While Y.B. is not a family law case, the ruling raises potentially relevant issues for consideration by professionals involved in either trial , mediation, or general settlement negotiations of family law cases involving a proposed move/relocation of a child with developmental disabilities and with an IEP.
