The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in Court, drafting pleadings & correspondence and case management. The candidate should have significant experience litigating divorce and domestic violence matters in New Jersey and be comfortable working remotely. Must be able to handle a divorce matter independently from start to finish. Ideal position for a Solo Practitioner seeking to increase workload. We will consider an Of Counsel relationship with our firm.
