  • 1.  New Custody Statute

    Posted 11 days ago

I have spoken to several attorneys around the state who have already gotten Judge's decisions applying the new statute.  It would be great if we could compile a list of Judges and how they are handling this new statute and what their rulings are.

I love that idea Jenny! Does our section have the ability to have a shared document where we could update as cases are heard rather than waiting for appeals?
