Can anybody recommend an attorney to dispute a worker's compensation board fine in New York?  A family member of mine works in New York City and has a company with no employees, but was fined by the Worker's Compensation Board of NY due to his failure to pay the workers comp payments.  The board told him he could request an exemption due to his lack of employees, but I guess that did not happen (or did not happen in a timely manner).  Can anybody recommend an attorney in NY (NYC) that could handle this?

He lives in NJ if that's relevant..

    Thanks in advance!
