  • 1.  Need referral for business attorney in NYC

    I apologize if I'm posting this multiple times.  (I'm new at this message board).  I need a referral for a NYC business/transactional attorney.  Potential client is a medical doctor who is having issues with one of the other shareholders in medical practice.  There is a shareholder agreement that she feels is not being followed, and that's all I really know.  

    Any suggestions I can pass along to her would be appreciated.
