  • 1.  Need referral

    Got a call from a gentleman who says he was locked into a rate of 2.75% with Chase Bank, and they are now backing out of it.  He has filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs or some similar organization, but wants to take them to court as well.  Thats about the extent of the info I have...sorry.  Can anyone provide a name or two of some attorneys who may be able to help him?  He is located in Monroe Twp, Middlesex County. Thanks.

    Thank you everyone for your thoughtful input. However, I am actually looking for an attorney to represent this guy as he wants to go after Chase Bank in Court to honor their signed agreement to refi at 2.75%. Thanks.
