Clients are very nice normal couple with girls 17 and 15 years old who have multiple medical issues. Gloucester County Division (DCPP, formerly DYFS) and it's "expert" MD out of NJ Cares, one of their usual "experts" in South Jersey, have decided the mother has "Munchausen's By Proxy" and are guilty of Medical Child Abuse. None of the current treating doctors have any issues with the parents. The girls themselves are very vocal that the Division is wrong. I have seen cases like this before and I feel strongly that these people are innocent of any abuse or neglect under Title 9. Fact Finding Trial coming up and 1st witness for the Division will be this so-called "expert" for the Division. I need to retain an MD who has expertise in this field. Best if expert is in South Jersey area, maybe greater Philadelphia okay, but prefer more local. Anybody have any names? Thanks in advance.
