Subject line kind of says it all. We need a rapid evaluation. It doesn't have to be a full, formal one. H is expressing what he says is a genuine concern that W is suffering from post-partum depression and has made statements indicating she's a potential danger to herself and the infant. W says that, while certain emotional outbursts may have occurred in the heat of the parties separating, she is absolutely not a danger to anyone. W is okay with meeting with a therapist / counselor / psychologist and letting H confirm her status. As I represent W, we'd also like to avoid the cost and acrimony of an OSC and a court ordering the above.
