  • 1.  Need help with a sanctions request

    Hi, Listmates,

    I have an extremely non-compliant parent in an ongoing FD matter.  DCPP is involved.  At the last hearing the judge gave my adversary one last chance to comply and stated that if she did not comply, he would entertain a request for sanctions from me.  I have never prepared such and could use some guidance from someone who has.   My contact info is below and I appreciate any help I can get.

    Did the judge indicate he/she would act upon a letter, or wanted a motion? If unclear, call chambers and find out. If it's a letter, obviously you can handle it (include a Certification of Services), if it's a motion, I'll be happy to send you a sample you could work from.
