If you need to fulfill the MCLE requirement, and are looking for the right seminar, NJICLE is presenting two programs on Tuesday, Dec. 22 that are of interest to all lawyers.
Webcast-Productivity Bootcamp: Time and E-Mail Management for Lawyers will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 22.
At this seminar, you will learn, among other critical skills, how to prioritize, organize, delegate, and minimize interruptions so you can devote more time to serving clients and developing new ones – while being less stressed and more effective in the process. You will also learn specific strategies, tactics, and tools to help you get far greater control of your e-mail and texts.

PA CLE: 3.0 substantive and 0.5 ethics credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
NY CLE (t&nt): 3.5 practice management and 1.0 ethics credits
The tuition for NJSBA members is $149. The general tuition is $179.

Webcast- The Top 20 Ways To Get Disbarred, Suspended or Reprimanded will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 22.
Practicing law is like walking in a minefield - any one of a number of missteps can result in your being reprimanded, suspended or even worse... disbarred. This is particularly true given the increased competition that many members of the bar experience in their areas of practice. This course will give you confidence when competing by helping to keep within the confines of the NJ Rules of Professional Conduct.
