This case is kind of an intersection between criminal and family law:
My client the husband Pakistani. Wife is American. They have 1 child almost 2 years old. H & W were on an extended visit to Islamabad. While in Islamabad, W had an affair with the chauffeur and got pregnant by him. She left US leaving the child with the Husband to go to her parents in Amherst to obtain an abortion. Husband filed for divorce in Pakistan and obtained a TRO prohibiting the child from traveling outside of Pakistan. Wife has now filed a missing persons report with the police in Amherst. Parties never lived in Massachusetts. Husband needs an attorney in Northampton County to protect his interests and make sure there is now warrant for his arrest when he returns to US.
