I am requesting a name change for a mom & child when the dad is MIA for many years, can I do one complaint or do I need to file 2 separate ones?  Thanks in advance!

    Amy,

Two separate complaints; one for Mom and one for minor child with Mom as the responsible adult. They are slightly different.
