I know this was discussed exhaustively in the past, but I wasn't really paying attention. Sorry. We have been using PC Law since 1994 and they've switched to off-shore support, which I am unhappy with in terms of quality. I recently called in on Monday to report that my billing program is chronically troubled and the contact (that it took me forever and a day to get to) said I would have to wait until Monday for support. I've more than just about had it.
Considering jumping to My Case. Concern is that many years of PCLaw entries with the Amicus bridge. I like Amicus and want to stay with it, but I really want to lose PCLaw. Does anyone have experience making that transition and what do we need to do? I realize it's an idiotic open question, but, I'll admit, I'm a bit lost here. Thanks for anything you can offer.
