  • 1.  Mother takes children to Arizona. Order to return them. Bench warrant issued.

    Father in NJ won relocation case. He has primary residential custody of 4 children. Mother came to NJ and took kids to Arizona. OSC: Judge ordered her to return the kids. She refused. Bench warrant issued. Need help to register Order in Arizona, etc.

    The times I've tried to domesticate an order in a different state I wasn't successful and had to hire local counsel. Got the local fees as part of my fees order, but of course, never able to collect. Along those lines, I've tried to get the fees as part of child support so probation could handle, but the judge didn't buy it.
