Just curious since this issue seems to come up a lot - how do you address minor violations of parenting time orders? I have many cases where one parent is consistently 30 minutes to an hour late with parenting time exchanges and thumbs their nose at the PSA/PT Order. I tell my clients to keep a log of the pick up and drop off times, but in my experience that tends to be an exercise in futility since I have not had a judge modify the start or end times based on a parties' consistent tardiness.
Again, I'm just curious as to how others address these issues since it seems like a waste of money to engage in a letter writing campaign or motion practice.
Thanks in advance,
