Minor parents and child support obligation

  • 1.  Minor parents and child support obligation

    I was consulted today by the parents of a 14 year old boy whose 14 year old girl friend is pregnant. Will the Court order a 14 year old to pay child support? Will they order it when he is able to obtain working papers? Will they impose an obligation for his parents to contribute to the child support on his behalf?
