Hello Family Law Section members,
On
Thursday, Aug. 15, NJICLE will present
Mastering Microsoft Word for Law Offices from
9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.• Are you tired of wrestling with Word every time you have to draft something more complex than a letter?
• Do you wish you could control Word's formatting and gain a better understanding of how it works?
• Do you miss WordPerfect?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, this seminar was designed for you.
Most attorneys probably have some familiarity with Microsoft Word, enough to draft letters and documents, and to save them electronically. But Word can do much for attorneys. Word classes designed for the general public just don't address the issues legal professionals face when drafting legal instruments. By contrast, this fun new program is designed by lawyers, for lawyers. In this seminar, you'll learn the right way to set up complex legal documents and how to avoid the formatting problems and delays you're probably used to encountering.
FEATURING
Barron K. Henley, Esq.

Who should attend?Any lawyer or support staff who wants to conquer Word and stop struggling. Even if you feel you're already a Word expert, you WILL learn something.
Should I bring my laptop?Yes, we'll make the sample files we use in the seminar exercises available in advance as a download, so you can follow along with them in class.
