Hello all:
In a current child support case, I represent the Wife ( actually ex-wife) ( Plaintiff) seeking child support for 3 minor children from former spouse. They were divorced about 6 months ago.
Wife does not know spouse's employer, or employment address, nada. And he's not telling He never had an attorney.
Children reside with Plaintiff Former spouse does see children sporadically.
I do have the ex's Social Sec. No. , and residence address.
No joint tax returns since 2020, ( he was unemployed then, as per the Joint Returns)
He may be working " off the books"- not sure,
!! Any feedback as to starting point for employment info, , or a web site to try, ( pretty sure its in Jersey) would be greatly appreciated.
If push comes to shove, there will be a court Hearing where the info can be elicited.
