  • 1.  Limits on judge's ability to question witnesses

    I seem to recall a decision that defined the permissible scope of judicial intervention in questioning witnesses and criticized a judge for crossing the line.  I have a trial starting next week against a pro se litigant I want to be able to have the authority at hand to confront and constrain the judge if necessary.
