I seem to recall a decision that defined the permissible scope of judicial intervention in questioning witnesses and criticized a judge for crossing the line. I have a trial starting next week against a pro se litigant I want to be able to have the authority at hand to confront and constrain the judge if necessary.
Thanks-
Sandy
