Dear Family Law Section:
The New Jersey State Bar Association's two-month campaign for Lawyers Feeding New Jersey is underway. The Family Law Section has formed a Donation Team and is calling on all section members to join our team efforts and donate to this wonderful cause. Our team’s goal is to increase participation from section members and surpass our section’s financial contributions from last year, which totaled $9,636 from 61 participants. With your help, we know that we can achieve this goal!
The funds that we raise benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, the organization that is leading the war against hunger in our state. For every $1 donated, the Community FoodBank of New Jersey is able to provide five (5) meals to those in need. Anyone (lawyers, judges, court staff, law office professional, friends and family) can donate! To contribute to the Family Law Section Team, please visit our team page here. Or, visit the NJSBA page, click the orange “donate” icon and select the “Family Law Section” Team from the dropdown menu. The deadline for all donations is February 26, 2016.
