Wednesday, Sept. 12, NJICLE will present
Lawyering with Clarity, Responsibility and Courage from
9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at the
New Jersey Law Center.At our half-day seminar, Lauren Hammer, executive coach and founder of Hammer Leadership, provides attendees with strategies for lawyering with greater clarity, responsibility, and courage. You will learn a framework of foundational thinking about personal development through the expansion of non-technical skills necessary for attorneys with the goal of reaching higher levels of professional success.

Lauren J. Hammer, LCSW, MS

Since 2001, Lauren Hammer has introduced new ways of thinking about leadership to the owners of family firms, professional firm partners and leadership teams. Her focus includes managing professional relationships, succession planning, leadership transitions, organizational cultural shifts and leadership development.
Lauren received her post-graduate training in Bowen Family Systems Theory from the Bowen Center for the Study of Family in Washington D.C. and the Princeton Family Center for Education in Princeton, New Jersey. She received advanced training in leadership coaching from Leadership Coaching Inc. in Rochester, New York, where she maintains a strategic partnership and teaches the Advanced Leadership Course. Lauren earned both her Masters of Social Work and Masters of Science from New York University. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey where she now teaches continuing education courses.

The tuition for NJSBA members is $160. The general tuition is $200.
CLE Credits:NJ CLE information:This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit.
NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.0 credits (50 minute hour)
PA CLE:3.0 substantive credits pending ($12 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
