  • 1.  Laches and child support arrears

    I can't be the only one who "knows" something for certain but then, when needed for a brief, can't remember the case.

    I know (or think I know, being that I can't find the case):     Laches cannot be asserted as a defense against an application seeking to enforce child support arrears.

    Anyone know the case?
