Client has a person of means. He and his spouse would like to sign a consent JOD saying "the parties have entered into a comprehensive agreement addressing all issues which they choose not to make a part of the public record unless it becomes necessary to seek enforcement of it."

Any problems with doing it this way?

    Thanks,

I regularly "incorporate by reference without attachment " in JODs. It's nobody else's business what a divorcing couple has agreed to in their MSA. You still need to mark the MSA and go through the colloquy with the client on the record.
