  • 1.  Judge Lihotz (PJAD, Retired) is back!

    Thought I'd share the good news.  As many of you know, Judge Marie Lihotz has guided the family practice through many published and unpublished Appellate Division decisions.  She retired this past August - a great loss to the bench.  

    She is now back in private practice at Archer. She will assist with brief consulting/writing, Appellate Arbitration, Mediation/Arbitration -  in any area of law. Her office is based out of Haddonfield, but she will work out of Archer's NJ offices (Haddonfield, Hackensack, Princeton, Redbank, Flemington) and she is willing to travel to you.

    Thanks, Melissa.

    I agree it's a great benefit to Appellate practitioners, especially those of us who concentrate of Family Law and related appeals, but what a loss to the bench at a time when we need every good Appellate Judge we can get on the bench!
