Remember the Jenkins v Miller bad bio-mom (or LBB) case that started in Vermont and wound up in Nicaragua? This is the criminal parental kidnapping case against the Zodjiates guy who worked with the bad bio-mom to kidnap the child, drove bad bio-mom and child to Canada and arranged to get them both to Nicaragua. The guy's criminal conviction was just affirmed by the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals (Jenkins is still MIA)
