I have a PC who entered into an irrevocable living trust prepared by a law firm in Morris County. The law firm was referred the client by the clients son from whom the law firm received other referrals. The trust provides that the son is the trustee and does not allow any change in trustee. The PC were elderly when entering into the trust and did not understand the totality of the document. The PC wishes to have the trustee changed which requires court intervention and may want to file a claim against the law firm. If you know someone who handles this type of case please email me at [email protected]
