    Bonjour:

Any help on the following is greatly appreciated! (I represent dad)

Child was born in NJ; dad is a native of France. Parties met in U.S. but
are unmarried. While together and since the child's birth, parties traveled
every year with child to France to visit dad's parents, sometimes making
more than 1 trip in the same year. Upon separation, dad relocated to France
and parties entered into two consent orders agreeing to, among other
things, international travel for visitation and vacation purposes. Dad
wants parenting time but mom says no, unless he returns to NJ. Child is
    now nine.

    Carpe diem!
