Thanks for posting the case, but if I may suggest... in the future, could you give a brief explanation of what a case is about before posting it? If not a paragraph, then at least a couple of sentences. "Interesting case with useful info FYI" doesn't really clue people in as to whether they'd be interested in it and should take the time to download it and see what the issues are.
There are unpublished appellate decisions in Family Law cases entered almost every single day ( http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/opinions/unappopin/unappopindex.htm ) reviewing them when we're able to take the time is an excellent, excellent way to learn and keep up, even for those who don't handle appeals. All the unpublished cases obviously cite to published ones.
Also (don't think it was you), there was a case posted (or linked to) earlier in the week that had a huge number of unexplained acronyms; probably a good idea to avoid them unless they're obvious ones to us (PSA, JOD, FRO, etc).
