Husband has not agreed to the [inevitable and legally uncontested] distribution of his multiple plans and the matter is set for a plenary hearing in early November. In the interim, husband is busily liquidating/ withdrawing from his cash savings plan. Is there a way to insulate, protect and guarantee wife's equitable distribution award of these retirement assets pending the filing of a QDRO? Plan administrators have already been put on notice.
