Hello Family Law Section Members,
The Dispute Resolution Section and Animal Law Committee are presenting a precedent setting program entitled “How To Resolve Animal Issues Through ADR: What Every Lawyer Needs to Know” on November 29, 2016, 9:30AM – 1:00 PM (4 credits) at the Law Center.
This innovative, multidisciplinary ICLE program will prepare you to handle your client’s pet and animal related issues wherever you find them. Conflicts over animals are prevalent in divorce, estate planning, tort law, domestic violence, landlord/tenant, malpractice, and contract cases.
Our lineup of top animal law experts will help you to learn the best ways to handle disputes that involve pets, service/emotional support animals, dog bites, horses, veterinarians, pet trusts, pet custody, breeders, handlers, groomers, and more.
This first-of-its-kind program has received a tremendous response from other NJSBA Sections. Co-sponsors include:
- NJSBA Family Law Section
- NJSBA Young Lawyers Division
- NJSBA Lawyers in Transition Special Committee
- NJSBA Animal Law Committee
- NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee
