    Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

    On Monday, Oct. 9, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present Hot Tips in Family Law: Are the Kids Alright? from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m at the New Jersey Law Center and Online.

    Finding creative or unexpected solutions to complex/interesting issues.

    Seasoned family lawyers hone their skills in the trenches. There is no substitute for experience, which provides insight, knowledge, and perspective. Some of New Jersey’s most prominent matrimonial attorneys and retired judges discuss their hot tips on finding creative solutions to complex challenges they faced. They will share the skills and techniques they learned through experience about handling demanding clients and adversaries, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases. They will also provide sage advice about protecting your career and reputation, opening your practice, and getting paid.
