Required skills / characteristics include:
Multiple years of New Jersey family law experience and currently licensed to practice law in New Jersey

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple files / deadlines with minimal oversight

The desire to take ownership of assigned tasks

The curiosity to handle issues and matters unfamiliar to you

An understanding of the financial realities involved in running a law firm and the ability to have the "money conversation" with clients so the client can appreciate the value of the services provided.

Strong writing skills, including the ability to edit, proof, and revise your own work

A deep desire to build your own book of business

Understands the value in learning from others

A drama-free team player who maintains a sense of humor

Understands the value of marketing, networking and involvement in the local bar association

Lives within a reasonable commuting distance from our Woodbury office
