We are looking to hire two new Associates. No minimum years-in-practice requirement, since I believe this is an overly valued indicator of motivation, talent, interest in learning and successful performance. Some have star potential right out of the gate; others still don't "get it" after years in practice. Practice focused in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean Counties. Primary office location in Metuchen.
